Mary Mae’s Bar & Kitchen at Brisbane Powerhouse is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join the busy kitchen team. You will work closely with the Head Chef to oversee day-to-day kitchen operations and uphold high standards across restaurant service, functions and events.
