We are now seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator who thrives in structured environments and understands that training, governance and operational excellence go hand in hand.

If you enjoy bringing structure, accuracy and governance to complex environments, this role will suit you. What You’ll Be Responsible For

You will coordinate and strengthen Kal Tire’s training and RTO framework across multiple mining operations. Key responsibilities include:

- Managing LMS and Vettrak systems
- Coordinating RPL assessments and evidence validation
- Supporting ASQA compliance, audits and moderation activities
- Maintaining compliant training records and certification
- Aligning training materials with operational SOPs and SWPs
- Supporting workforce medical reviews linked to role competency
- Managing site authorisations and credentialing
- Maintaining training matrices, reporting and compliance dashboards
- Coordinating onsite and virtual training delivery
- Supporting onboarding and structured capability pathways
- Driving continuous improvement in training governance systems





About You We are open to a range of backgrounds and will provide support and development. You may be:

- An experienced Training or L&D; Coordinator
- An RTO Administrator or Compliance Officer
- A qualified Trainer & Assessor looking to step into a coordination role
- An HR professional with exposure to workforce capability
- A highly organised administrator wanting to specialise in learning and development

Who We’re Looking For You may already work in training coordination, RTO administration or compliance, or be a qualified Trainer & Assessor ready to step into a broader governance role.

You bring

- Strong systems capability and attention to detail
- Experience with LMS platforms (Vettrak highly regarded)
- Exposure to RTO and ASQA compliance frameworks
- Understanding of RPL, validation and moderation processes
- Confidence working across site leaders, HR and operations
- Professional judgement and discretion in compliance environments

Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or TAE40122) is highly advantageous. Experience in mining, heavy industry or safety-critical environments will be highly regarded.
