Who are we looking for? We're partnering with a globally recognised leader in the retail and consumer products sector to engage an experienced Legal Counsel for a 12-month assignment. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded lawyer to join a high-performing in-house legal team and work closely with stakeholders across a dynamic and fast paced business.





Your Responsibilities Will Include

- Providing strategic and commercially focused legal advice to key business stakeholders.
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements.
- Supporting business initiatives, product launches and strategic projects across multiple functions.
- Advising on marketing, consumer, e-commerce, privacy, intellectual property and competition law matters.

To Join Us, You Will

- Have between 3-6 years PQE ideally gained from top or mid-tier law firms or in-house environments.
- Demonstrate excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Have experience supporting consumer-facing, retail, FMCG, technology or multinational organisations.
- Be available to commence at short notice or immediately.
