Paralympics Australia is seeking a Para Talent Transfer Coordinator to support proactive talent transfer initiatives. The role focuses on practical processes to transition targeted athletes into elite performance across an alternative sport.
The position is a fixed-term contract until 30 June 2028 and can be based from Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane. Travel and weekend work are required. You will work with athletes, NSOs/NSODs and system partners to strengthen the pathway.
