Our Early Years team provides a warm, engaging and child-centred environment where children are encouraged to thrive, explore and develop confidence as learners.

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Kindergarten Co-Educator to join our Early Years Kindergarten team. Working collaboratively with classroom teachers, you will support the delivery of a high-quality kindergarten program aligned with the Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework (VEYLDF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).

About the Role

As an Early Years Kindergarten Co-Educator, you will:

- Support the planning and implementation of engaging learning experiences.
- Assist with small-group and individual learning activities.
- Help create and maintain stimulating indoor and outdoor learning environments.
- Contribute to learning documentation, displays and classroom organisation.
- Foster positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
- Promote children's health, wellbeing and safety at all times.
- Work collaboratively with teachers and the broader Early Years team.

About You

Essential Qualifications & Experience

- Diploma of Children's Services (or equivalent).
- Current Working with Children Check.
- Current First Aid Certificate (Level 2).
- Completion of National Child Safety Training (Foundation Courses).




- Completion of EC PROTECT mandatory reporting training.
- Experience and understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
- Understanding of National Quality Standards and Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills.

- A genuine passion for supporting young children's development and wellbeing.
- Knowledge of and interest in pedagogical documentation (desirable).
- Understanding of the Reggio Emilia educational approach and contemporary early childhood research (desirable).
