Role Description

The Education Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Sydney, NSW. This position is responsible for coordinating accredited and non-accredited programs, including scheduling courses, managing learner enrolments, and maintaining accurate records in education management systems. The Education Coordinator works closely with trainers, facilitators, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of classes, assessments, and learner support services. Day-to-day tasks include responding to learner and client inquiries, preparing learning materials and documentation, monitoring course progress and attendance, and supporting quality assurance and compliance processes.



The role also contributes to continuous improvement by gathering feedback, assisting with program updates, and helping to implement current educational initiatives.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Education and Pedagogy , with an understanding of vocational and adult learning principles.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication with learners, trainers, and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated Customer Service capabilities, providing responsive, learner-centered support and handling inquiries professionally.
- Experience in Training coordination or administration, such as organizing sessions, supporting facilitators, and managing learning logistics.
- Relevant qualification in education, training, learning design, or a related field (e.g., Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent) is highly regarded.
- Proficiency with learning management systems and general office software (e.g., LMS platforms, MS Office or Google Workspace).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple programs and deadlines.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality, compliance, and continuous improvement in education delivery.
