We are looking for an experienced and reliable and experienced Senior chef to join our kitchen team at Roccella.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a busy commercial kitchen, preferably with a background in Italian cuisine. You will be responsible for food preparation, cooking and maintaining consistent quality and presentation while following our recipes and kitchen standards.

Key responsibilities

- Prepare and cook dishes according to established recipes and standards
- Maintain consistent food quality, portioning and presentation
- Follow food safety, hygiene and allergen procedures
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe workstation
- Assist with preparation and daily kitchen operations




- Follow stock rotation and correct food storage procedures
- Work efficiently as part of the kitchen team during busy services
