Social Impact Careers Pty Ltd – Sydney CBD NSW is seeking a detail‑oriented Workplace Relations Advisor to support ECEC providers. You’ll help navigate the ECEC Worker Retention Grant and related compliance, translating complex requirements into practical actions.

Reporting to the Director of the Workplace Relations Team, you will respond to provider enquiries, assist with Grant applications, MEA processes and Fair Work requirements, and maintain accurate CRM records.
