The Role

You’ll work on a broad range of commercial property matters,including:

- Propertyacquisitions and disposals

- Commercial,industrial and retail leasing (acting for landlords and tenants)

- Propertydevelopment and bulk development transactions

- Complexcommercial and residential projects

The role offers exposure to a strong and diverse client baseand the chance to work closely with senior practitioners on sophisticatedtransactions,



with autonomy increasing as your experience grows.

About You

This role will suit a lawyer who brings:

- 4+years' PAE in property law

- Solidexperience in property development and commercial transactions

- Strongleasing experience across office, industrial and/or retail assets

- Confidencerunning matters and dealing directly with clients

- Stronginterpersonal skills and a collaborative working style
