- Providing Level 2 technical support across multiple client environments
/n
- Supporting and administering Microsoft 365 technologies
/n
- Managing Azure AD / Entra ID environments
/n
- Deploying and supporting Microsoft Intune solutions
/n
- Configuring and troubleshooting networking equipment, including routers, switches, and wireless networks
/n
- Building, configuring, and deploying Windows Server environments from the ground up
/n
- Escalating and resolving complex technical issues
/n
- Maintaining documentation and following service delivery processes
/n
- Working closely with clients to deliver an exceptional support experience

/nAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:✔ Previous experience working within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment✔ Strong Microsoft technology experience, including:/n /n
- Microsoft 365

- Azure AD / Entra ID

/n ✔ Networking knowledge, including:/n /n
- Network configuration and troubleshooting

- Routers, switches, wireless networking, and firewalls
