About the Opportunity

Our kitchen leadership team is responsible for:

- Leading daily kitchen operations and delivering consistent, high-quality food.
- Building, developing and mentoring a strong BOH team.
- Driving a positive, respectful and accountable kitchen culture.
- Supporting seasonal menu development and successful rollouts.
- Managing food quality, ordering, stock control, COGS and wastage.
- Maintaining robust WHS, HACCP and food safety standards.
- Working collaboratively with FOH,



Operations and the wider leadership team.

About You We’re looking for leaders who:

- Have experience in high-volume, quality-driven venues.
- Lead calmly and confidently during busy services.
- Enjoy coaching, supporting and developing the chefs around them.
- Understand the balance between creativity, consistency and commercial outcomes.
- Are organised, accountable and solutions-focused.
- Bring positive energy and contribute to a strong team culture.
