BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - VICTORIA/TASMANIA

We are currently seeking dynamic and experienced Business Development Managers to join our national team. The primary focus of this role is to drive business growth within your designated region and state while fostering new opportunities with insurance brokers.

Key responsibilities

Generate new business opportunities within our broker network through leveraging existing relationships, referrals, and networking events

Provide regular training sessions for brokers on premium funding products and systems

Manage and report on the performance of your portfolio, ensuring targets are met and client satisfaction is maintained

Attend regular insurance brokers networking events to stay updated on industry trends and foster new connections

Proactively manage overdue client accounts and collaborate with brokers and internal staff to resolve issues collaboratively when required

Account manage broker relationships, handle and address all broker inquiries promptly and professionally

Utilize our CRM application to manage all your daily activities and drive business growth effectively

Contribute ideas and strategies to a collaborative team of BDMs focused on mutual support and business growth

About you

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role





Preferred experience in Insurance Premium Funding or relevant experience in the insurance or finance industry with a network of insurance broking contacts

Valid driver's license is essential
