Stepz Fitness Brightwater is seeking a personable, energetic and self‑driven Club Manager to take ownership of daily operations and member experience within our friendly, local community‑based 24/7 gym.

This role is perfect for someone who loves people, thrives on building relationships, and excels in a hands‑on environment where initiative and personality matter.

Key Responsibilities

Build robust, positive relationships with members and the local community

Manage daily club operations, membership sales and record maintenance, supported by the franchise and owner

Maintain a clean, safe and well‑presented facility

Collaborate with personal trainers and support a positive team culture

Develop and execute local marketing and social media strategies

Conduct member inductions, programming and small group training

Motivate members and support their fitness goals





Promote and sell Personal Training packages

About You

Minimum Certificate III in Fitness (cert IV an advantage but not essential)

Friendly, approachable, confident communicator, builds genuine relationships

Passionate about fitness and healthy living

Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently

Reliable, organised and solutions‑focused

Comfortable using Microsoft Office programs and CRM/membership software
