This is a contract position and an ideal role for someone who enjoys being organised, has attention to detail, and works with a variety of teams to help bring products and marketing initiatives to life.

What you'll do:

- Support new product setup and product change activities
- Assist with labels, packaging artwork, and marketing materials
- Help coordinate workflows across Marketing, Regulatory, R&D;, Supply Chain, and Quality teams
- Maintain records, trackers, and business systems to keep projects on track
- Assist with presentations, promotional materials, events, and digital content updates
- Provide general administrative support to the Marketing team

About you:

We're looking for someone who is organised, eager to learn, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll bring:

- Previous administration, marketing support, or coordination experience
- Robust attention to detail and organisational skills
- Experience with Adobe InDesign or Illustrator




- Confidence in using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new systems and processes
- Comfortable working autonomously and on multiple tasks concurrently
