RDM Group, an Australian manufacturer of custom cooling solutions, is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist for their Gold Coast operation. You will set up and run CNC lathes and milling machines, read engineering drawings, and perform first-off checks to ensure components meet tight tolerances.

You will work closely with production, engineering and quality teams, maintain tool readiness and contribute to a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
