Experienced Main Barista Needed (Long-Term)
We pride ourselves on having a outstanding team atmosphere where everyone enjoys coming to work. We are looking for a reliable, passionate, and highly skilled Main Barista who is a true team player and wants to grow with us for the long term.
Key Responsibilities
Primary Role: Main Barista – Leading the coffee station, brewing espresso, making juices, iced drinks, and consistently delivering high-quality beverages during busy morning service.
Efficiently handling high volume (capable of pumping out 6kg+ of coffee solo during peak hours).
Maintaining clean, organised, and efficient coffee and drink station standards.
Secondary / Teamwork Role: Assisting with general floor duties when needed — including taking orders, clearing/cleaning tables, and supporting waitstaff during peak/off-peak moments.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum 2+ years of solid barista experience in high-volume cafes.
Volume Handling: Proven ability to manage up to 6kg of coffee independently with speed, consistency, and precision.
Versatility & Team Spirit: Willingness to step in wherever needed (making juices/iced drinks,
order-taking, table clearing) — we operate as one cohesive team!
Coffee Knowledge: Deep understanding of espresso extraction, milk texturing, dial-in, and machine maintenance.
Commitment: Long-term commitment only. Please do not apply if you are looking for short-term or casual work for a few months. We are looking for someone to stay and grow with us for at least a few years.
Strong communication skills and a positive, calm-under-pressure attitude.
Hours & Schedule
Days: Monday to Friday (Full weekday schedule)
Hours: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Pay & Growth
Pay Rate: Highly competitive salary based on experience, speed, and capability.
Growth: We believe in growing together. As your skills, effort, and efficiency improve, your pay will be increased accordingly.
