Responsibilities:
- Manage and support desktop environments, with a primary focus on MAC systems.
- Implement and maintain desktop management solutions to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure related issues.
- Monitor system performance and conduct regular maintenance to ensure high availability.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to desktop management processes and procedures.
- Assist in the deployment of current hardware and software solutions.
- Provide technical support and training to end users on MAC systems.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in desktop management and infrastructure operations.
Mandatory Skills:
- Strong knowledge and experience in Desktop Management, specifically with MAC operating systems.
- Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving MAC related issues.
- Experience with desktop management tools and software.
- Understanding of network protocols and infrastructure components.
- Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with other operating systems (Windows, Linux) is a plus.
- Familiarity with cloud services and virtualization technologies.
- Knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices.
- Experience in scripting or automation tools.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2 5 years of experience in infrastructure operations or desktop management.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Apple Certified Support Professional) are a plus.
