Our client, Samsung Electronics , is seeking a motivated and organised Call Centre Operations Support professional to join their team.

This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and a passion for customer service and administration. You will receive support and training while gaining exposure to customer operations, business systems, reporting, and process improvement.

What You'll Do

Assist with contact centre user access, including account creation, updates, audits, and deactivation of inactive accounts.

Support the processing of vendor invoices and internal approvals.

Assist with system updates and maintenance activities.

Help coordinate customer experience initiatives across phone, chat, email, and digital support channels.

Prepare reports and assist with analysing customer service data.

Support quarterly asset stocktakes.

Coordinate meetings, workshops, and training sessions.

Assist with quality assurance reviews and compliance activities.

Provide general administrative and operational support to the team.

What You'll Bring

You are organised, detail-oriented and eager to learn.

You have strong communication and interpersonal skills.

You are comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new systems.





You can manage multiple tasks and work well in a team setting.
