Life Without Barriers in Chinchilla, QLD, is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to assist a person with disability who enjoys fishing, BBQs, movies and community events. This permanent part-time role offers 1–2 shifts per week (2–5 hours) with Monday–Friday availability and occasional Saturdays.

You will follow person-centred plans, support goal achievement, maintain records and build robust relationships with families and colleagues while advocating for client choice and control.
