We're looking for motivated, reliable and hardworking individuals to join our growing production team at our Warwick Farm manufacturing facility.
About the Role
We are currently seeking experienced Machine Operators and Production Staff to assist with the day-to-day operations of our food and beverage manufacturing facility.
Successful candidates will work in a fast-paced production environment, ensuring our products are manufactured, packed and handled safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
- Operate, monitor and assist with production machinery and equipment.
- Assist with product filling, packing, labelling and palletising.
- Conduct routine quality control checks to ensure product standards are maintained.
- Ensure production targets and schedules are met.
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised production environment.
- Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety procedures.
- Assist with machine changeovers, cleaning and general production duties.
- Perform other duties as required to support production operations.
About You To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
- Previous machine operating or production experience, preferably within food or beverage manufacturing.
- Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- A reliable, punctual and proactive attitude.
- The ability to perform repetitive tasks and manual handling duties.
- Flexibility to work morning or afternoon shifts.
- Valid Australian working rights.
- Availability for an immediate start.
Highly Regarded:
- Previous experience operating food or beverage filling and packaging machinery.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice).
- A current forklift licence.
