? Hi!

Are you an experienced maintenance plumber looking for work on the Gold Coast?

You might have just found your next job. Keep reading...

We’re looking for a good plumber who knows their way around maintenance work and wants to join a solid team.

? We’re based in Burleigh Heads and work across the Gold Coast and Tweed. The work is varied, so you won’t be doing the same thing every day. You’ll be working across a range of general maintenance plumbing jobs, including fault finding, blocked drains, water leaks and hot water systems.

? $48–$60 per hour depending on experience

We’re after someone who takes pride in their work, can think through a problem and is good with customers. If you’re reliable, easy to work with and want a long-term role with a team that backs each other, we’d like to hear from you.

? What we’re looking for

- Current QLD plumbing licence
- Current QLD driver’s licence
- Valuable general plumbing knowledge and fault-finding skills
- Experience in maintenance plumbing
- Comfortable dealing with customers and explaining what’s going on
- Experience using jetters, drain cameras and pipe locators
- Someone reliable who takes pride in their work and looks after their gear

Experience with leak detection equipment is a big plus. Backflow, TMV and a gas licence would also be an advantage, but they’re not essential.

? We also have an office dog so regular pats and “good girl” praise are part of the job.

? What you’ll get

- $48–$60 per hour depending on experience
- Company ute, phone and uniforms
- Regular training to keep building your skills
- The opportunity to learn more areas of maintenance plumbing
- Good quality equipment and tools to work with
- Plenty of variety across residential, body corporate and commercial work
- Opportunities to grow within the business as your skills and experience develop
- Regular team catch-ups and events throughout the year
- A small team where you’re not just another number

? A bit about us

Plumbmasters is an established plumbing business based in Burleigh Heads since 2010. We’ve built a strong base of long-term customers across the Gold Coast and Tweed and have a good mix of residential, body corporate and commercial clients. Our team won the 2025 MPAQ Domestic/Residential Project of the Year and we’re proud of the standard of work we put out.

We’re not looking for someone to just fill a ute. We want a good plumber who takes pride in their work, wants to keep improving and is looking for somewhere they can stick around and grow with the business.
