Successful candidate will have endless career development opportunities across CBRE The role will be responsible for managing all reactive and planned maintenance activities onsite, including leading a team of 5+ maintenance technicians and coordinating subcontractors delivering maintenance services.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervising the Maintenance team
- Supervising day-to-day repairs, emergency and preventive maintenance. Completes maintenance and repair records as required.
- Reviews assigned work orders.
- Estimates time and materials needed to complete repair.
- Assists with troubleshooting and repairs of buildings and installed systems.
- Assists with installation and modification of building equipment systems.
- Reviews work orders, estimates time and materials needed to repair. Orders necessary materials and supplies.
- Maintains lighting systems throughout client facility, cleaning fixtures and replacing bulbs and lamps.
- Responds quickly to emergency situations





Skills And Experience We Are Looking For

- Previous experience of team supervision
- Suitable Trade qualifications or experience with building repair/carpentry work
- Knowledge and safety awareness around electrical work.
- Experience with general repairs and maintenance in a structured commercial environment.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Experience leading maintenance operations in a GMP, healthcare, manufacturing or other highly regulated environment.
