Male Youth Support Worker – (Penrith Area NSW)

Day Shifts Available

We are currently seeking a passionate and empathetic Male Support Worker (Age 25-35years) to join our team in providing essential care and support to individuals living with disability. In this role, you will play a vital part in enhancing the daily lives and wellbeing of our participants through person-centred support.

The participant currently resides in the Penrith Area NSW 2750 , and we are looking for someone who is available Monday to Sunday 3-4hrs/day.

Key Responsibilities

- Supporting participants with in-home care and personal routines
- Assisting with community access and social engagement
- Providing emotional and social support to encourage independence
- Promoting a safe, respectful, and empowering setting

Ideal Candidate

- Minimum 6 months experience in youth work or community services sector




- Willingness to engage with participants at their own pace and ability
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Strong communication skills, compassion, and patience
- Flexible and reliable with a genuine commitment to quality care

Job Type: Casual Pay: $27.00 – $35.00 per hour

- Direct support: 1 year (Required)

Licence/Certification:
- First Aid Certification (Required)
- Working with Children Check (Required)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (Required)
- National Police Certificate (Required)
- Driver Licence (Required)
