Senior Consultant, Manager and Senior Manager opportunities supporting major transformation and data-enabled delivery programs in Sydney.

We are growing our Sydney contract team and are seeking several management consultants with complementary strengths. You do not need experience in every area below: we are interested in people with depth in business analysis, data and reporting, or project and program delivery who can operate confidently with clients and contribute to a high-performing team.

Current Opportunities

Reporting and Insights Lead - Manager or Senior Manager: Lead a reporting and insights stream; establish a clear delivery rhythm; shape program reporting; bring risks, dependencies and decision points into view; and work with senior stakeholders to turn data into action.

Business Analysis and Data Reporting Consultants - Senior Consultant or Manager: Support a data and reporting workstream through discovery, requirements and process documentation, use cases, data analysis, testing approach and test-case elaboration, and the preparation of clear material for business and delivery teams.

Project and Delivery Management Consultants - Senior Consultant or Manager: Strengthen planning, governance and delivery coordination across complex initiatives; maintain practical RAID, actions and reporting; help teams stay aligned on outcomes, milestones and dependencies; and support stakeholder engagement.

What We Are Looking For

You will bring relevant experience in one or more of the following areas:





· Management consulting, qualified advisory or complex in-house transformation delivery.

· Business analysis, including requirements gathering, process mapping, current and future-state documentation, and translating stakeholder needs into practical delivery artefacts.

· Data, reporting or insights work, including KPI definition, report or dashboard design, data validation, Power BI and/or Excel. Experience working with data and reporting teams is highly regarded.

· Project, program or PMO delivery, including planning, governance, status reporting, RAID management, delivery coordination and executive-ready material.

· Testing support, use-case development, test approach or test-case documentation in a technology-enabled transformation environment.

· Strong written communication, sound judgement and the ability to work constructively with business and technology stakeholders.

· The confidence to work with appropriate autonomy while contributing positively to a collaborative consulting team.

Working Arrangements

These are Sydney-based contract opportunities. The work will operate in a hybrid model aligned to client requirements, with a regular onsite presence expected. Engagement level and scope will be matched to your experience, from Senior Consultant through to Manager and Senior Manager.
