Job responsibilities include:
- Understand current market dynamics, customer pulse and related information on product performance to develop strategic actions for aligning results.
- Identify target/focus segment and clear acquisition plans.
- Create a pitch for products and approach customers with all suitable products as a one stop solution.
- Acquisitions & Retention of new corporate customers.
- Develop and manage corporate communication activities; this includes internal communications, external communication.
- To continuously monitor the market environment for early signs of opportunities and threats. Plan and conduct market research whenever appropriate.
- Conduct marketing activities on top 5 corridors to improve brand visibility & revenue.
- Active participation in events and collecting leads with follow ups. Furnish event participation report.
- Prepare, Compile and share report with the developments and prospective customers on monthly basis.
- General report preparation of Marketing & Business Development activities in the region.
- Responsible to provide potential advertising channels / mediums to carry out ‘BTL (below the line)’ and ‘ATL (above the line) marketing activities.
- Responsible for all marketing collateral to be displayed in timely and appropriate manner in all branches.
- Interacting with all community associations / leaders to build rapport.
- Drive any marketing/promotions run at retail branches.
- Responsible for achieving the laid down target including acquisition of new customer and maintaining existing relationships
- Ensures off-premises activities which contribute to customer awareness and branch footfalls
- Ensure the merchandising at branches are in line with current products and services
- Liaise closely with operations and ensures smooth delivery of BD activities in the branches
- Monitoring the branch performance in terms of Business, Revenue and Profitability and assist with corrective / sustenance actions pertaining to Corporate acquisition / BD activities.
- Constant focus on adding revenue with more customer acquisition and improving the market share.
