Cognizant is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to oversee operational and financial metrics across a portfolio of clients. You will drive delivery excellence, lead strategy sessions, and ensure revenue retention while mentoring teams in an ITIL-driven setting.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years in managed services, offshore/onshore delivery, and ERP/HCM/Payroll experience, with a background in HR/Finance-related domains. A bachelor’s degree and Workday familiarity are preferred.
