UnitingCare Queensland is seeking a Part time Case Worker to join the Clare Homes Supported Accommodation Program in Auchenflower. You will support families experiencing homelessness with strengths-based, trauma-informed housing case management in short-term accommodation, including outreach and mobile support.

The role requires a Diploma or higher in social work or related field, excellent communication, and the ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously within a not-for-profit
