MiCare Ltd is seeking a Personal Care Assistant to support clients living in the Yarra Ranges region. The role delivers in-home and community-based care in line with individual care plans, helping clients maintain independence and quality of life.

You will assist with daily living tasks, personal care, transport, and access to services, while documenting care notes and communicating with families and the care coordination team. Australian/Current Zealand citizen or permanent resident required.
