Stepz Fitness Brightwater is seeking a personable, energetic and self‑driven Club Manager to take ownership of daily operations and member experience within our friendly, local community‑based 24/7 gym.

This role is perfect for someone who loves people, thrives on building relationships, and excels in a hands‑on workplace where initiative and personality matter.

Key Responsibilities

- Build strong, positive relationships with members and the local community
- Manage daily club operations, membership sales and record maintenance, supported by the franchise and owner
- Maintain a clean, safe and well‑presented facility
- Collaborate with personal trainers and support a positive team culture
- Develop and execute local marketing and social media strategies
- Conduct member inductions, programming and small group training
- Motivate members and support their fitness goals
- Promote and sell Personal Training packages





About You

- Minimum Certificate III in Fitness (cert IV an advantage but not essential)
- Friendly, approachable, confident communicator, builds genuine relationships
- Passionate about fitness and healthy living
- Strong customer service skills
- Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently
- Reliable, organised and solutions‑focused
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office programs and CRM/membership software
