This is a fantastic location and the BBQ Centre nationally ranks 2nd in sales so volume is high. The location has cafes / undercover free parking and is located very close to the B1 bus line. /n As a 2IC, you have an understanding of retail management, BBQ Knowledge and Stock Inventory to find the best outcome for our customers. /n To be successful you must:

/n · Be highly motivated and results driven person with outstanding customer service and communication skills

/n · Enjoy working in a team environment /n What we require:

/n · Experience in (or ability to work in) a customer focused, successful retail business

/n · A high level of Furniture product knowledge indoor settings, outdoor settings and couches to support customer queries





/n · Experience in retail management with an excellent sales track record

/n · Have the ability to maximize sales, assist with coaching, leading and motivating an enthusiastic team

/n · Ability to service your customers while managing work tasks around their needs

/n · Going above and beyond to provide exceptional customer focused problem solving

/n · Experience of resolving customer complaints and making quick decisions to ensure happy customers and timely accurate services

/n · Passion to exceed individual and store sales targets
