About the role A leading global regulatory advisory firm is expanding its Australian operations and seeking an experienced Manager or Senior Manager to drive regulatory-driven consulting engagements across financial services. You will leverage a strong global brand, market-leading services and an existing client base to build and deliver high‑impact advisory work for major financial institutions.

Key responsibilities

- Lead client engagements across Non‑Financial Risk, Regulatory Compliance and governance advisory work.
- Manage large-scale, multi-jurisdictional projects for major banks, insurers and other financial services firms.
- Support high‑profile and sensitive regulatory investigations and remediation programs.
- Perform business analysis, design and implement operating models, and translate regulatory requirements into practical controls.
- Deliver change across people, process, technology and data; oversee implementation and assurance activities.
- Mentor and develop junior consultants, and contribute to practice development and business growth.

Essential experience & skills

- 4+ years’ relevant experience from top-tier consulting,



in‑house risk/compliance roles, or regulatory bodies.
- Demonstrated experience in non‑financial risk, governance, regulatory compliance, or assurance.
- Robust knowledge of domestic and international financial services regulation.
- Proven stakeholder management skills, including senior client engagement and cross‑functional collaboration.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, team environment and managing competing priorities.
- Strong analytical, communication and project leadership capabilities.
