We are looking for an expert to run our current upcoming traditional fish and chips shop. needed someone who knows everything about it to step in and run the shop like it is their own.

We are very flexible. You can choose to work full-time, part-time, or casual, depending on how you want to help run the business. Few positions available, Available shifts will be morning, afternoon or late evening. You can apply for any position.

How You Can Work-

#1 . The Hands-On Manager: You work in the shop every day. You cook the fish, chips and everything what needs to make and prep , help the customers, and keep the kitchen moving.( Required less management / paperwork responsibilities )

#2. The Less Hands-On Manager: You do less work in the kitchen and focus mostly on managing the business. You lead the team, do the paperwork, payroll, invoices, and make sure everything runs perfectly. This choice requires fewer hours of work,



but you will need more management qualifications (like a certificate or extra business training) to apply.

What You Will Do

Order the food and supplies.

Help decide what goes on the menu.

Hire good workers, train them, and make their weekly schedules (rosters).

Handle the money, pay the bills, and do the payroll if needed.

Be a strong leader who treats the shop like they own it.

What We Need From You:

You must have a few years of experience working in a classic fish and chips shop.

You must know exactly how a traditional fish and chips shop works from top to bottom.

You must be honest, hardworking, and ready to take charge of the team.
