About the opportunity An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Market Access professional to join the business as Market Access Lead, taking responsibility for developing and delivering access strategies across an expanding portfolio of innovative medicines.

Working closely with senior regional leadership, internal technical specialists and external consultants, you will play an integral role in driving reimbursement strategy, pricing initiatives and launch readiness. This is a broad and influential position offering the opportunity to contribute to complex reimbursement challenges, participate in international strategy discussions and develop your career within a highly supportive organisation.

Key responsibilities include:

- Develop and implement market access strategies for pipeline, launch and marketed medicines.




- Lead the coordination and strategic oversight of PBAC submissions and reimbursement activities.
- Contribute to pricing strategies, negotiations and innovative reimbursement arrangements.
- Review health economic evidence, financial models and submission materials in collaboration with technical specialists.
- Partner with Medical, Commercial, Regulatory, External Affairs and other functions to support successful launches.
- Engage with regional and global stakeholders to influence pricing, reimbursement and portfolio decisions.
- Manage external consultants and contribute to effective lifecycle management and access planning.

About you You will bring established experience in Australian pharmaceutical Market Access, together with the confidence and judgement to contribute strategically while remaining close to the technical detail. Ideally, you will demonstrate:

- Experience in Market Access within pharmaceuticals or specialist consultancy.
- Strong knowledge of Australian HTA, PBAC submissions and reimbursement pathways.
- Experience contributing to pricing and reimbursement strategies.
- Ability to interpret and critically evaluate clinical, economic and financial evidence.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and influencing skills.
- Experience working collaboratively across functions and with external partners.
- A proactive,



commercially aware approach and willingness to take ownership.
