The role

Our best marketing doesn’t come from ads. It comes from our customers, our partners, and the things we ship. We’re looking for someone to own getting all of that out into the world.

This is a hands-on coordination role. You’ll work directly with our leadership team, who set the direction. You’ll make it happen: chasing people, writing copy, managing approvals, briefing creatives, and getting things published, posted, and delivered. Every workstream is yours end to end, from the first idea to the thing going live or landing on a customer’s desk.

A big part of the job is talking to people. You’ll interview customers about how they use Annature, liaise with partners on joint announcements and campaigns, and work with suppliers and creatives to get things made. If you’re the kind of person who’d rather pick up the phone than wait on an email thread, you’ll fit right in.

What you’ll be doing

- Produce a steady stream of customer success stories, from sourcing the right customers with our account management team through to interviews, write-ups, approvals, and publishing.




- Own press releases and announcements end to end, including liaising with partners, drafting copy, managing approvals, and distributing across newswire, industry channels, our website, and LinkedIn.
- Coordinate marketing initiatives with our partners and sponsors, such as co-branded campaigns, email sends, display and paid social creative, and keeping deliverables on track.
- Build out our customer video testimonial program, from finding the right customers and production partners to running each shoot from script to publish.
- Run review initiatives across our customer base to grow our presence on the platforms our customers trust.
- Design and run customer gifting and engagement programs, including welcome packs, milestone gifts, and seasonal hampers, from concept and suppliers through to delivery.
- Support paid social experiments and promotional campaigns alongside our leadership team.

What we’re looking for

- Previous experience in a marketing, communications, or PR coordination role, ideally in B2B or SaaS.
- A strong writer who can turn a 20-minute customer conversation into a story people actually want to read.
- A confident, personable communicator who’s comfortable reaching out to customers, partners, and suppliers, and following up until things get done.
- Highly organised, able to run multiple workstreams at once and keep a consistent publishing rhythm.
- Comfortable with Webflow (or a similar CMS), LinkedIn, and Canva.
- A positive eye for what looks premium, and a sense of when to spend and when to save.
- Based in Brisbane, so we can do face-to-face training and upskilling with you early on. The role is 100% remote from there.

Remuneration

- $70,000 - $80,000 depending on experience.
- 100% remote role, with all equipment supplied.
- Face-to-face training and upskilling in Brisbane to start.
