About the role

This is a hands-on, part-time role where your ideas will actually get used. You'll work closely with our small team to plan and create content. You'll keep our social channels buzzing and help turn browsers into enquiries. If you're the kind of person who sees a reel idea in everything, you'll fit right in.

Key responsibilities

- Create scroll-stopping content. Shoot and edit short-form video, reels and photos on site and at handovers. Capture the emotion, the progress, and the people behind every build.

- Own our social calendar. Plan, schedule and publish content across Facebook, Instagram and YouTube, and keep things consistent, fresh and on-brand.

- Bring the ideas. Pitch creative campaign concepts, trends and content series that make us stand out in a busy local market.

- Support campaigns. Help plan, execute and track our quarterly promotions, email newsletters and paid ads across digital and print.

- Write great copy. Draft social captions, blog posts, email content and promotional material.

- Do some research. Keep an eye on what competitors are doing, what buyers are looking for, and what's trending in home building and design.

- Help run events. Assist with display home events and community promotions.

About you

- Strong social media skills, with a feel for what works on Instagram, Facebook,



TikTok and YouTube

- Confidence with video: filming on a phone or camera and editing with tools like Canva, Adobe Premiere or similar
- A vibrant, enthusiastic personality and a genuine knack for thinking outside the box

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong organisation and time management, so you can juggle multiple projects and hit deadlines

- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, social scheduling tools and basic marketing analytics
- A current driver's licence, as you'll be visiting build sites around the region

We usually have around 25 homes under construction across Port Macquarie, Kempsey, MidCoast and Nambucca.
