Essential:

- A current Victorian Pest Control Licence and at least 12 months' experience
- A current Victorian driver licence
- Comfortable in roof voids and subfloors and up ladders
- Reliable and self-motivated: you turn up when you say you will and don't need anyone looking over your shoulder
- Good with people: you can explain what you've found and how you'll fix it in plain language, whoever you're talking to

Nice to have:

- Exclusion or proofing experience (rodent proofing, bird proofing, sealing, basic handy skills)
- Local knowledge of the Peninsula
- An interest in rural pest control, like rabbits and foxes

What we offer

- Above-award pay: $80,000–$90,000 + super + OT
- A fully equipped work ute, uniform, PPE and all core equipment, so you're never out of pocket to do the job
- A mix of residential, commercial and rural work, on some of the most beautiful properties the Peninsula has to offer
- A supportive, no-nonsense small team where your work is genuinely valued and rewarded
- Real opportunity to grow with the business and upskill into niche areas like rural and vertebrate pest control
- We are also open to sub-contractor, casual or even part-time arrangements depending on the candidate
