DESCRIPTION:

Responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting food and managing kitchen operations ensuring food quality, and overseeing kitchen staff.

SCOPE:

Oversees operations of the food program, including hygiene, meal planning and preparation, food distribution to customers, supervision of other kitchen staffs, record keeping in all kitchen operations, ensures adherence to customer satisfaction and maintaining well hygiene workplace regarding food storage and preparation.

Required Qualification:

Certificate IV

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role

Able to look after multiple sections

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Available for 7-day rotating roster

Salary: $80,000-85,000 plus superannuation Annually
