A highly successful Tier 2 construction company is looking for an experienced Site Manager to join their Perth team on a major $50M+ Build-to-Rent apartment project near Canning Vale.

The project comprises 60+ apartments and will be delivered with a full project team supporting you. With a strong pipeline of future Build-to-Rent and multi-residential projects, this is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for long-term stability and career progression.

The Role

- Lead the day-to-day delivery of a $50M+ apartment development
- Manage subcontractors, trades and site activities
- Drive programme, safety, quality and productivity
- Lead and mentor the site team
- Work closely with the Project Manager and wider project team




- Manage key subcontractor and stakeholder relationships

About You

- Proven experience as a Site Manager with a head contractor
- Experience delivering $20M+ new-build projects
- Strong commercial, residential or multi-residential experience
- Excellent subcontractor and site management skills
- Solid understanding of safety, quality and programme

Build-to-Rent / apartment experience highly regarded.
