About the Role

- We are looking for an energetic and well-connected Marketing Coordinator - Events & Webinars to drive Webull Australia's event and community engagement strategy. In this role, you will lead end-to-end execution for online webinars and offline community events, building strong relationships across four key ecosystems: offline investor communities, the Financial Adviser community, the emerging AI & Fintech innovation ecosystem and university communities.
- Working closely with marketing, product, compliance, and business development teams,



you will turn market insights and product capabilities into engaging event experiences, educational webinars, and impactful community partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, host, and manage end-to-end logistics for educational webinars, online workshops, and offline investor events.
- Organise roadshows, investor meetups, and panel discussions to grow Webull's brand presence offline across major Australian cities.
- Connect with financial advisers, wealth managers, and dealer groups to coordinate targeted workshops and educational sessions.
- Engage with local AI communities, fintech meetups, and tech incubators to showcase Webull's AI-driven trading tools and technology.
- Liaise with university finance, business and tech-focused student societies to plan and deliver campus co-branded events, strengthening brand presence among younger investors.
- Collaborate with guest speakers, market analysts, and internal experts to translate complex financial concepts into accessible, engaging event presentations, ensuring all event content complies with financial services regulatory requirements and working closely with the Compliance team on content review.
- Track event attendance, participant engagement,



and lead conversion metrics to continuously optimize event ROI.

About You

- 1–3 years' experience in event management, webinar coordination, or community engagement.
- Degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, Event Management, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the Australian financial landscape, and the local AI and tech community.
- Excellent public speaking, host/moderator skills, and hands-on experience with webinar platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams).
- Experience managing event budgets, with the ability to independently control costs and take ownership of spend.
- Hands-on experience coordinating venues and vendors for offline events/roadshows, with solid negotiation and coordination skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and adept at managing multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced setting.
