About the Role

Ascolta Early Learning is continuing to grow, and we are looking for a creative, organised and motivated Marketing Assistant to join our team and support the continued growth of our brand and centres.

This is a varied marketing role working across social media, digital marketing, content, branding and events. We are looking for someone who can bring fresh ideas, has a strong eye for quality content and branding, and is confident working independently.

Primary Responsibilities

- Manage social media content, planning and scheduling organic and paid ads

- Create engaging and on-brand content across social media

- Maintain and update website content

- Monitor conversion tracking, including enquiries, tours and enrolments

- Create marketing materials including posters, flyers, documents and digital content

- Maintain consistent branding across centres and marketing materials

- Coordinate centre signage and promotional materials

- Support marketing and content for family and staff events

- Identify opportunities to improve and grow our marketing presence

What You'll Need

- A qualification in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

- Experience across social media and digital marketing

- Experience with Meta, Google and SEO

- Strong Canva skills, with Adobe or graphic design experience (highly regarded)

- A strong eye for branding, design and quality content

- Excellent written communication and attention to detail

- Experience in early learning, childcare or a family focused industry will be highly regarded, but is not essential
