Pacific Hoists is seeking a creative, organised and detail-focused Marketing Coordinator to support marketing activities across our group of companies. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will help deliver engaging and accurate content across our websites, digital channels, product resources and marketing materials. This is a broad role offering exposure to digital marketing, product marketing, social media, content creation, sales support, events and brand communications.

Key responsibilities

- Create, update and maintain website content, product pages and campaign landing pages

- Manage website resources, images, banners, brochures, manuals and catalogues

- Develop and update product content, data sheets, technical documentation and catalogues

- Coordinate product images, specifications and supplier marketing assets

- Support new product launches through the development of content and marketing materials

- Create and schedule social media content, blogs, articles, case studies and email campaigns

- Develop graphics and basic video content for digital channels

- Produce brochures, flyers, presentations,



capability statements and promotional materials

- Assist with tenders, proposals, customer resources and branded templates

- Support the preparation and delivery of industry events and trade shows

About you

- A tertiary qualification in Marketing or Communications

- At least two years' experience in a marketing role, ideally within a B2B setting

- Experience using WordPress or a similar website platform

- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Canva

- Experience creating social media content and coordinating email marketing campaigns

- Strong copywriting skills across websites, blogs, articles and product content

- Experience using AI tools to support marketing and content creation

- Great communication skills and the ability to work with multiple teams to source content

- Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle and manage multiple priorities and deadlines

- Knowledge of SEO, GEO, website optimisation and metadata would be an added benefit
