Administration/ Data Entry - St Leonards - 1 Week Assignment

Our client, located in St Leonards , is looking for a confident and detail-focused Customer Service & Data Entry candidate to join their team for a one-week assignment commencing Monday .

The organisation is currently updating its membership database, and you will be responsible for contacting existing customers by phone to collect and update additional information.

About the role

- Contact customers by phone to obtain additional information
- Update and maintain accurate membership records
- Enter information into the database
- Ensure all details are recorded correctly
- Provide a professional and friendly customer experience

About you

We are looking for someone who:





- Has excellent customer service and communication skills
- Is confident speaking with qualified clients over the phone
- Has strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Is comfortable with data entry and computer systems
- Can work independently and stay organised
- Is available to commence Monday and commit to the full one-week assignment

Hours

The preferred hours are 11.00am to 7.00pm , however, our client may be flexible for the right candidate and would consider someone who prefers standard office hours .
