A Factory Labourer role in a well-established manufacturing company located in Dingley Village, assembling products using hand and power tools, operating production machinery, and maintaining quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.
Key responsibilities
- Assembling products using a range of hand and power tools
- Using drills, impact drivers, screwdrivers and other workshop tools
- Drilling, fastening and working with various metal components
- Operating production and manufacturing machinery
- Reading and following assembly instructions and procedures
- Conducting quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
- Packing, labelling and moving products throughout the production process
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe work environment
About you
- Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, production,
factory work or warehousing
- Confidence using drills, power tools and basic workshop equipment
- Experience working with metal components and performing manual assembly
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- A strong work ethic with a reliable and punctual attitude
- Valuable physical fitness and the ability to perform manual handling tasks
- Full Australian working rights
- A current driver's licence and reliable transport
- Availability to start immediately
- Monday-Thursday: 3pm-11:30pm, Friday: 1pm-7pm
