Montier Health is seeking a motivated, skilled and experienced Medical Receptionist to join our growing Brisbane team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a busy medical setting, takes pride in delivering exceptional patient service and thrives as part of a collaborative team.

The position is based predominantly at our Aspley clinic, with occasional work at Greenslopes. Full-time applicants are preferred, although part-time arrangements will be considered for the right candidate.

About the Role

As a Medical Receptionist, you will be an integral part of our team, helping to ensure our clinics run efficiently while providing a welcoming, professional and positive experience for every patient. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Welcoming patients and managing enquiries with professionalism, warmth and compassion
- Coordinating appointments, patient bookings and practitioner schedules
- Managing incoming calls, emails and clinical correspondence
- Maintaining accurate patient records and administrative documentation
- Processing patient payments, Medicare claims and other billing transactions
- Supporting doctors, nurses and specialists with day-to-day administrative requirements
- Assisting with clinic operations, accreditation activities and continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintaining patient confidentiality and ensuring compliance with privacy and healthcare standards
- Working collaboratively with the wider team to deliver an exceptional patient experience

About You

We are looking for someone who is organised, proactive,



reliable and genuinely passionate about helping people. To succeed in this role, you will ideally bring:

- Previous experience in medical, specialist or allied health reception
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A friendly, compassionate and professional approach to patient care
- Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Confidence managing multiple priorities in a busy clinical environment
- Strong computer literacy and the ability to learn new systems
- Experience with medical practice management software such as Best Practice, Gentu, Cliniko or similar
- An understanding of Medicare billing and medical administrative processes
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to contribute to the team
- A current driver's licence and reliable transport, with flexibility to work across our Aspley and Greenslopes clinics
