You’ll play a pivotal role in delivering a five star experience, building genuine relationships, and guiding individuals toward the membership option that best suits their lifestyle and goals. /n This role is perfect for someone who is confident, motivated, and results driven, while still being warm, professional, and member focused. /n /n Responsibilities: /n /n

- Proactively engage with prospective members via phone, email, and in-club enquiries

- Conduct professional club tours and consultations

/n

- Present and sell TotalFusion memberships and services with confidence and integrity

/n





- Follow up leads and manage your sales pipeline effectively

/n

- Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with the TotalFusion brand

/n

- Achieve individual and team sales targets

/n

- Support club activations, events, and promotional campaigns

/n

- Work collaboratively with all departments to ensure a seamless member experience

/n /n /n About You: /n /n

- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or the fitness/wellness industry (preferred but not essential)

- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills

/n

- Results-driven with a positive, proactive attitude

- Solid organisational and time management skills

- Comfortable working flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
