We are looking for compassionate and capable Female Support Workers to support a female participant with complex mental health needs in Brisbane’s northern suburb – Caboolture QLD.
You will provide one-on-one support focused on independence, wellbeing, and community participation, following a structured and individualised support plan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support community access, social participation, and skill development
- Implement mental health support strategies in line with the participant’s care plan
- Build a positive, respectful, and trusting working relationship
- Complete accurate documentation and communicate effectively with the support team
- Adhere to all NDIS quality, safety, and compliance standards
Requirements:
- Demonstrated work experience supporting individuals with complex mental health needs
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check and Blue Card
- Current First Aid and CPR
- Reliable transportation and Australian’s Driver License
- Solid communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving ability
- A genuine commitment to person-centred care and promoting independence
