Tint Haus is an industry leading vehicle enhancement workshop, primarily offering services such as automotive window tinting, detailing, chemical coatings and Paint Protection Film (PPF). With multiple stores spanning NSW (Thornleigh, Gosford & Brookvale), we are highly regarded by our clients due to our dedication to providing high quality workmanship and customer service.

We are a small, family-owned business that is constantly growing. We are looking for a reliable and motivated recruit to join our team of specialists for a full time position as a receptionist / front of house team member. Experience is not necessary . Most importantly, we are seeking a career driven, like-minded individual with a good attitude as a must.

This is a excellent role for someone who enjoys a professional, customer-facing environment but doesn’t want a role centred around answering phones or high traffic customer interaction .

About the role:

You will be the first point of contact for customers arriving at our workshop, helping create a welcoming and professional experience while supporting the team with general reception and administrative duties.

This is a low-traffic customer interaction role. You will have face-to-face contact with a low volume of customers when they arrive, collect their vehicles, or need assistance, but you will not be dealing with a constant stream of customers throughout the day.

There are no phone calls involved in this position.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Greeting customers when they arrive at the workshop
- Assisting customers with vehicle drop-offs and collections
- Answering basic customer questions and directing enquiries to the appropriate team member
- Taking images of vehicles on drop-off to document the vehicle's pre-existing condition
- Processing payments and issuing warranty documents




- Keeping the reception and customer areas clean, tidy and presentable
- Responding to customer emails and forwarding emails to the appropriate team member
- Supporting the workshop team with day-to-day organisation / duties
- Providing a friendly and professional customer experience

What we are looking for:

To be considered for the role, you must have:

- A current Australian Driver's Licence (provisional (P1) licence and above)
- An Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident status with unrestricted working rights in Australia
