YMCA Queensland is seeking an Educational Leader to join the Gainsborough Outside School Hours Care team on a permanent part time basis. You’ll guide and support a team of educators, shaping fun, engaging programs that support children’s learning and development outside of school hours.

You’ll lead with a child-centred, play-based approach, ensure safety and inclusion, and collaborate with families and partners to create a supportive community around each child.
