Do you have what it takes to become a Vehicle Procurement Consultant?
We're looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Vehicle Procurement Consultant to join our Vehicle Procurement team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating multiple requests, building relationships, and ensuring things are completed accurately and on time. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders and dealer partners to obtain vehicle pricing, monitor service levels, and ensure quotations are delivered efficiently to support our customers.
We're looking for someone who is highly organised, communicates confidently, and can manage their workload with minimal supervision.
What you'll be doing:
- Processing vehicle requests received from Novated Lease Consultants
- Sending pricing requests to dealerships and following up responses
- Reviewing and challenging pricing where appropriate to achieve the best outcome
- Monitoring dealership response times and ensuring agreed service levels are met
- Preparing and issuing vehicle quotations to internal stakeholders
- Building strong relationships with dealership contacts and internal teams
- Maintaining accurate records and managing multiple requests simultaneously
- Providing a high level of service and support throughout the quotation process
What we’re looking for
We're looking for someone who is highly organised, communicates confidently, and can manage their workload with minimal supervision.
You’ll be successful in this role if you have:
- Experience in administration, coordination, customer service, sales support, fleet, automotive, leasing, or financial services environments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Robust attention to detail and accuracy
- The ability to build positive relationships with a range of stakeholders
- Good time management and organisational skills
- A proactive approach to following up and getting things done
- The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Confidence using systems and managing administrative processes
- A customer-focused mindset
