DIDO Civil Mining Crew – Multi Skilled Operators & Labourers

Roster: 7 days on / 7 days off, 6am-6pm

Location: Central Queensland

Accommodation: Provided

Achieve Group are currently seeking 10 experienced workers to join two crews for an upcoming mining/civil project.

The crews will operate on an alternating 7 days on / 7 days off roster.

Crew 7A – Commencing 15 October 2026

- 2x Operators
- 2x Labourer/Operators
- 1X Labourer

Crew 7B – Commencing 22 October 2026

- 3 x Operator
- 2 x Labourer/Operators

Operator Experience We are looking for operators with a combination of the following tickets and demonstrated experience:

- Loader
- GPS Grader
- Moxy / Articulated Dump Truck
- 36T Excavator – GPS
- D6 Dozer
- Roller
- Heavy Rigid – Water Truck & Service Truck

The more versatile you are across multiple machines, the better.

Supervisors

We also have opportunities for experienced Supervisors. If you have suitable Supervisory experience within mining/civil earthworks, please get in touch.

Requirements





All candidates must have:

- Current Coal Board Medical (Valid- within the last 12 months)
- Standard 11 (Valid- within the last 12 months)
- Muliple relevant tickets/licences for the equipment you operate
- Demonstrated experience operating heavy mobile plant in a mining/civil environment
- Robust commitment to safety and site procedures
